Following one of the wettest winters in years, Spring 2013 is emerging as a bumper wildflower season for the Margaret River region. To help celebrate and discover the awe inspiring wildflowers of the region, Cape to Cape Explorer Tours have launched a new ‘Wildflower Walk’ to be run three mornings a week throughout Spring.

The easy 2 hour loop weaves through one of the best wildflower pockets in the region, in Bramley National Park. Blending a mosaic of ecosystem types the walk delivers an amazing diversity of flowers and landscapes including river vistas, towering Karri forest, granite outcrops and the diverse understory of Jarrah and Marri woodlands.

Enjoy the company of some of the best botanical guides in the region, including local wildflower authority and noted botanical author Jane Scott and CCET’s resident ecologist Drew McKenzie.

Margaret River Wildflower Walks are on 10am – 12pm, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with the gentle loop suitable for all ages. Bookings are essential – call CCET today on 0459 452 038 to book or talk to us about a custom booking outside of these times for your group.
