Just another day in WA

Jun 17, 2016

Just another day in WA is the new campaign just launched by Tourism Western Australia under the Experience Extraordinary brand. It’s true, there are so many amazing experiences to be had here in Western Australia that us who are lucky enough to live here sometimes forget that what may seem like just another day to us could be an unforgettable moment for someone who is visiting our state for the first time!

Rainbow at Wilyabrup Cliffs

Managing Director Gene Hardy with a group experiencing a beautiful rainbow at Wilyabrup Cliffs

Our office is so beautiful that it’s nice to sit back and reflect on how lucky we are to spend everyday surrounded by ancient granite, the turquoise tones of the Indian Ocean and sometimes, a rainbow between showers while we are out on the Track. Some of our friends in the Capes Region have also been out there promoting the new campaign, which you can very easily search for if you are using the social media outlet of Instagram.

Humpback what

Instagram is becoming increasingly popular as it’s a user friendly and visually stimulating way of checking out what your network of both friends and business are up to! Most recently, it’s being used a search engine for people who are researching their next holiday. There is a plethora of incredible images on this platform that can help you decided what to do on your next trip! Check out this video for a step by step guide to setting up and using your Instagram account.

Incredible aerial photograph of the Margaret River captured by Shannon Stent Images and shared by Margaret River Region for the #justanotherdayinWA campaign. We cross the Margaret River on Day 4 when hiking end-to-end on the Cape to Cape Track.

If you’re lucky enough to be living in or visiting Western Australia, be sure to use the #justanotherdayinWA hashtag when sharing your posts on any of your favourite social media outlets! Who knows, your photo could be featured by Tourism WA, Margaret River Region or even Cape to Cape Explorer Tours to remind readers how breathtaking our home is.
