That’s a wrap on another incredible week hiking for mental health on the 124km Cape to Cape Track! We teamed up with the amazing group Move For Mental Health and an inspiring and fun group of ladies. And they all loved their time walking every step of the Cape to Cape!
Completing the Cape to Cape with a good mate
Every year Cape to Cape Explorer Tours runs an end-to-end adventure on Margaret River’s epic coastal 124km hiking trail with the wonderful Kylianne Farrell. She started M4MH to raise awareness and encourage people to get out into nature more. The goal? To boost mental wellbeing or reduce the symptoms of mental illness.
A sensational week of hiking and adventure
“Once again it was such a sensational week of hiking and adventure!” Kylianne said. “Such an amazing group. They supported each other to walk from lighthouse to lighthouse along stunning coastal landscape from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin. This hike allows opportunities to experience and explore how getting active in nature can be a powerful protective strategy for mental health.”
